Last week Horizon 2045 launched a Substack: The Reframe.
The Reframe will be where Horizon 2045 shows its work. We start from the idea that today’s biggest risks, nuclear danger, climate change, ungoverned AI, the erosion of democracy and rights, aren’t separate problems to solve one at a time. They exacerbate and complicate each other. That means the tools for addressing them can’t be built in isolation either: they have to be built at the intersections, tested in the open, refined as we learn. Here you’ll find the frameworks, legal strategies, and governance tools we’re building toward a genuinely livable world, along with dispatches from the people and partners doing that work alongside us. This is the lab in progress: the methods being tested, the findings as they emerge, the case for what becomes possible when we design for how these challenges actually connect.
